Phonebooth was born out of the need to provide premium services in the mobile and technology retail sector in Qatar. With our parent company having been in the market since 1992, we were made aware of the gap in the market for premium mobile services and accessories. In 2016, we delved into the market further to see what the country needed in this sector. In 2017, our concept came to life when we officially opened our first kiosk in Mall of Qatar. Our team is committed to identifying and offering the best brands from around the world at just a click of your finger tip. As of today, we provide about 50 international brands.

We always think and engage in the viewpoint of our customers and one of the main services we provide is in-store display of each and every product we have. All our customers can visit our store to get the real feel, quality and technological use of the product to be more satisfied when you purchase a product from us. We keep a track of new products coming into the market all around the world, so that we acquire it to the customers who are in need of that particular item. Every once in a while if you visit our store or engage with our social Medias, you as a customer will be able to find new & innovative products. Also, when one of our customers asks for an item which is not readily available in the local market, we get that too!

How Do We?

As a group, our goal is to deliver products of the highest quality. Our process starts with finding something which seems innovative and interesting, then getting the products from any part of the world to test it in the real world to see if it is worth purchasing. These products are introduced to our beloved customers after they have been reviewed and approved by our internal Quality Control specialists.
